Information we collect

When you join the private beta waitlist, we collect the email address you submit. We also record the time the entry was created and that it came from this website.

Cloudflare may process standard technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses, request headers, and security signals. BotFrame does not add that technical information to the waitlist record.

How we use information

We use your email to manage the waitlist, send beta invitations, provide essential launch updates, prevent duplicate entries, and respond to privacy requests. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and service providers

This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Waitlist entries are stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare processes information on our behalf to provide hosting, database, security, and network services. Information may be processed in countries other than your own.

Retention

We keep waitlist information until the beta waitlist is closed, it is no longer needed for the purposes described above, or you ask us to delete it. We review inactive waitlist records and remove them within 24 months of the last relevant interaction.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to confirm whether we hold your email, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, restrict, or object to certain processing.

Children

The waitlist is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as BotFrame develops. The revised version will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
