About this website

BotFrame is a pre-launch service for visually building, testing, deploying, and hosting customer-owned Discord applications. Information on this website describes our current plans and may change as the product develops.

Waitlist and beta access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a particular invitation date, availability in your region, or continued access to a beta. Invitations may be released gradually and beta features may be changed, suspended, or withdrawn.

You must provide an email address you are authorised to use. You may not use automated means to submit bulk or fraudulent entries.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security controls, access non-public systems or data, introduce malicious code, or use the site in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.

Intellectual property

The BotFrame name, logo, website design, copy, product interface, and related materials belong to BotFrame or its licensors. These terms do not grant you ownership or permission to copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit those materials except where applicable law permits it.

Discord

BotFrame is an independent product and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Discord Inc. Discord names and marks belong to their respective owners. Use of Discord is also subject to Discord’s own terms and policies.

Availability and disclaimers

This pre-launch website and waitlist are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that every described feature will launch exactly as shown. Nothing here excludes guarantees or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BotFrame is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from use of this pre-launch website or reliance on its content. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new date. We may restrict access to the website or remove waitlist entries where reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address misuse.
