Discord ticket bot template
Route support requests into a clear workflow.
This blueprint starts from a slash command or component interaction, opens a support thread, posts an introduction, and returns the new thread ID for later workflow steps.
Workflow blueprint
Slash command→Check cooldown→Open support ticket→Send introduction
The command supplies member and channel context. A cooldown limits duplicate requests. The support-ticket step creates a thread in the selected or current channel, and the next message explains what information the member should provide.
Configure before publishing
- Choose the command name and explain what members should use it for.
- Select the channel in which BotFrame should create ticket threads.
- Write an introduction that asks for useful context without requesting sensitive credentials.
- Confirm the bot can create threads and post messages in the selected Discord channel.
- Test repeated requests, missing inputs, and a member without access to the source channel.

Test cases
- Normal requestA member runs the command and receives one new support thread with the expected introduction.
